Meclis toplant\u0131s\u0131na verilen arada komisyon yeniden toplanarak madde \u00fczerinde kapsaml\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n en zor ve ac\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcnlerinde herhangi bir ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famamas\u0131 amac\u0131yla d\u00fczenlemenin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 tekrar ele al\u0131nd\u0131.
